Strategy and the work, from one person
I started in Penguin’s art department and spent 17 years moving between New York agencies, consumer brands, SaaS and financial services. That path left me with a habit most marketing leaders lose: I still build things. I write the positioning and the copy, design the ads, set up the tracking and build the dashboard that tells us whether any of it worked.
